Learn to walk fast, it helps burn fat. Fast walking has been attributed as being more effective in losing weight as compared to running or jogging. Fast walking is conventional, easily done, a natural body motion, an injury-free exercise, and generally the most comprehensive minimal effort for weight and fat loss.
